At Twinkle Child Care, we believe strong communication, consistency, and partnership with families create the best experience for every child. Our policies are designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive childcare environment for children, parents, and staff.
Arrival & Pick-Up
Children must be signed in and signed out daily by an authorized adult. To maintain safety and organization, only approved individuals listed by parents or guardians may pick up a child from our facility.
We encourage families to maintain consistent schedules whenever possible to help children feel comfortable and secure.
Family Communication
Open communication between caregivers and families is an important part of our childcare philosophy. Parents are encouraged to share updates, concerns, questions, or important information regarding their child’s routines, development, or needs.

Meals & Snacks
Children are provided with supervised meal and snack times in a positive and supportive environment. Family-style dining encourages independence, communication, social interaction, and healthy eating habits.
Please inform us of any allergies, dietary restrictions, or special nutritional requirements before enrollment.
Learning Through Play
Our programs are designed around age-appropriate learning experiences that support social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. Children participate in structured activities, creative play, music, movement, outdoor exploration, and guided learning opportunities throughout the day.
